History Makes Climate Change More Personal & Relevant

The National Council on Public History asked me to write a post for their series about a very particular niche - national park sites that use history to teach about climate change. Pretty specific eh? But there is a real disconnect (for some people who visit parks) between the beauty they enjoy and their own connection to nature - their daily habits and how those habits threaten the pastoral setting they love.

Here is the POST.
